Post-mortem inventory of Johannis Staphani, "quodam mercatoris".
In the chapel we find many objects of devotion , Such as retables of various sizes , images of diverse saints and virgins (Cristofol , Sebastia , Veronica , etc. ), and also crucifixes; Clearly, the list of belongings denotes a certain quantity of wealth, as we can deduce from the presence of a large amount of objects, some of them of gold. At the main chamber ("cambra maior") we find plenity of books, principally religious (although with the mention of an Aristotle), some of them manufactured in parchment and illuminated; among them appears "Item hun saltiri scrit en pergami cubert de posts cubertes de cuyro ab los gasets dargent e ab los guados [?] de diverses colors ab algunes perles".
