He lived in Ciutadilla. He was the fundator of Convent del Roser de Ciutadilla. 

Burial: "en lo vas lo qual yo ja tinch fet fabricat en lo monestir... lo dit terme de Ciutadilla del orde de preycadors o de sanct Domingo e aço si al dia de mon obit en dit monastir resideran e staran frares de dit orde se sanct domingo e si cars sera que lo dia de mon obit o els frares no staran en dit monastir vull y orden que dit mon cors sie donat e lliurat encomanda al rector de la sglesia parrochial de Ciutadilla fins a tant que dit monastirsie acabat e acaba aquell dit monastir sie transferit en lo dit vas de dit monastir". He leaves aside 200 lliures and leaves the decisions to his executors.

He also leaves 50 lliures to construct the parish church of Ciudadilla and 5 sous to each bassi and 20 sous for those of Our lady and all souls. He also leaves 20 lliures to the poor of the Hospital of Ciutadilla and a fully kitted out bed. He specifies 3 trentenaris in the Convent del Roser de Ciutadilla, 2 in the monastery. He also leaves bequests for his family: 6000 llliures to his daughter Sicilia, 25 lliures to his daughter Angela Guimerana (mum of the monastery of Jerusalem), 25 lliures to his daughter Rafela de Guimera (nun of the same monastery), 25 lliures to his niece Joanna de Guimera (nun of Jeronymite monastery), he frees his slave Hieronym negre and gives him 10 lliures,...

Along his will he emphazise the importance of the construction of Convent del Roser de Ciutadilla. He specifies that if the monastery is not finished when he dies it should be finished by his heir "sots invocacio de nostra señora del roser" and leaves "censos e rendes" for that. He also leaves aside a lot of objects that will be useful for the mass, including an organ: "mes vn orgue pera dita sglesia". He also allow that two other persons can be chosed to finish the parish church, and specifies that the executors can pay up to 15000 lliures (using his money and possessions) the two years after his death.
