The post-mortem inventory of the notary Joan Agosti bears a second, slightly later date: 19 February 1562. The inventory was made at the instance of Salvator Dalmau, perayre, and Magni Folch, notary, tutors of Joan Agosti's son Miquel. In the first, earlier part of the inventory a few retables are listed; in the part dated 19 February 1562, a vihuela of eleven strings is listed ('vna viola de onze cordes encordada'). The auction is begun the following day, and the vihuela, described as being in poor condition, ('una viola dolenta') is sold to Bathazar Heres for 3s. This sounds like a different instrument, since the one with eleven strings was strung, but the entries may not be incompatible.
