Margarida Ametllera, wife of mestre Hieronym ametller carnicer, requested a trentenari after her death to be celebrated in parish church of Santa Maria del Pi and another it the Agustinian Monastery, in the chapel of St. Nicholas. She also asks for an office sunged by twelve chaplains, as it was accustomed. 

"Item vull y man que aiximatex en continent lo meu obit seguit me sia celebrat en la capella del glorios St. Magi en la sglesia parrochial de St Pere de les [Puelles] per repos de la mia anima vn offici cantat ab dotze capellans y ab sa [...] aixi com se acostume."
