The post-mortem inventory of the farmer Francesch Vinyals of the parish of St Vicens, Sarrià, who lived in the Mas Vinyals in that parish was drawn up on 16 August 1604. In the entrance hall were a number of bells: 'dos cascauells rodons ab seus collars y dues squelles guarnides ab ses corretges'. Further bells, of silver were found in the room above the kitchen: 'dues campanetes de plata ab ses cadenetes de pes de [...]', and 'vna corneta ab sis cascauells de plata de pes de [...]' (weights are not given). The auction began on Wednesday 1 September 1604 and one 'squella' was sold to Angela Vinyas for 6s, and two 'campanetes vna corneta' and other silver items were sold to Jordana y Rellenats for 5ll 17s 3d.
