The post-mortem inventory of the silversmith Pau Riba began to be drawn up in his house on the Carrer de la Argenteria on Sunday 27 April 1631. In the room where he died there was a good deal of silverware and 'tres campanetes de sinch cadensas de plata', some gold rings and other jewellery, and 'vn breuiari ab sos tancadors de plata'. On 19 April 1631, the inventorying continued with 27 prints (estampas) of different animals, 'vna campanenta de leuto', 'Vna campaneta ab sa orla de or y seda', and 'altre campaneta de lauto sense manech'. The auction began on Wednesday 28 May 1631 and on Monday 30 June the guitar-maker Pere Puig bought two silverspoons for 2ll 2s 9d. The pentiner Lorens Angel bought a silver bell, as did Francesch Bugunya for 1ll 18s 10d, Sanbonaventura Brossa, Hieronym and the parayre Domingo Deuuyt.
