Petrus Joannis, beneficied priest of Sta. Maria del Mar possessed an important number of books, includdiong: Ysop, Bibles, epistles and gospels, 'Thesauri in ovi de tempore', Ramon Lull, 'agustini', "Item vn breviari molt vell del bisbat de barcelona y vn diornal vell", 'sermones funebri', '[...] de logica', Juvenal, Aristotle, 'questiones dubitables', 'logica abreviata raymundi lull', 'anthoni nabigensis', Ovid, 'arbor scientie', and many others of religious and classical matters. Between them "Item altre libre de cubertes de pergami de cant".

Of the last we find reference in the auction, on 9 of April, 1536: "Item dos libres nomenats hu de cant pla laltro scrit de ma per hun sou"
